Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally emergencies can crop up. After the second no-show or no 24-hour advance warning, I will charge the client for the missed time if I was not able to fill that opening with another client. The missed appointment will be paid for at the subsequent appointment.

Gift Certificate Refund

Gift Certificates cannot reimbursed for cash by the recipient. Gift certificate refunds by the purchaser will be issued within 30 days of purchase.

Payment

Except for gift certificates, payments are expected at the time of the treatment. We accept cash, checks and Paypal.
